1. Cut a 10 inch piece of cord and clamp it along the shorter end of the cardboard with excess hanging over both sides.
2. Wrap cord around the cardboard the long away approximately 15-25 times (depending on thickness of cord and how fluffy of a tassel you want.) Include the ten inch cord as you wrap.
3. Tie the top 10 inch cord together in a double knot and secure with a dot of fray check or nail polish.

4. Gently slide cords off of cardboard.
